Whey Protein Concentrate 34 (WPC 34)
WPC 34 is obtained through ultra-filtration and contains no less than 34% dry-basis protein. Applications include infant formula, yogurt, processed cheese, ice cream, confections, nutritional fortification, often used in food products as non-fat milk powder replacer and a source of dairy solids and protein.
Whey Protein Concentrate 80 (WPC 80)
WPC is obtained through ultra-filtration, contains no less than 80% protein and is available in an instantized version for superior dispersion properties. Applications include liquid and powder nutritional beverages, nutrition bars, supplements, baby food, yogurt, egg replacer, and infant formula.
TempPro™ modified whey protein concentrate 80 offers enhanced heat stability properties, no less than 80% protein dry basis and improved performance in high-heat processes over regular WPC 80. Applications include ready-to-drink beverages, yogurt, puddings, ice cream, soups and sauces.
TempPro™ C modified whey protein concentrate 80 offers the same benefits of TempPro, but is specially adapted with low ash, nitrite and nitrate content that meet Chinese infant formula regulations. Applications include infant formula, yogurt, dairy food fortification and sports nutrition.
Patented TempPro™ Plus lightly hydrolyzed whey protein concentrate 80 has excellent heat tolerance for high-heat/high-protein applications, and contains no less than 80% protein dry basis. NoLac Pro™ lactose-free whey protein concentrate 80 contains no less than 80% protein dry basis and is ideal for products that require a lactose-free source of whey protein.
