Whey Protein Concentrate 34 (WPC 34)
WPC 34 is obtained through ultra-filtration and contains no less than 34% dry-basis protein. Applications include infant formula, yogurt, processed cheese, ice cream, confections, nutritional fortification, often used in food products as non-fat milk powder replacer and a source of dairy solids and protein.
Whey Protein Concentrate 80 (WPC 80)
WPC is obtained through ultra-filtration, contains no less than 80% protein and is available in an instantized version for superior dispersion properties. Applications include liquid and powder nutritional beverages, nutrition bars, supplements, baby food, yogurt, egg replacer, and infant formula.
HyD Pro™ whey protein concentrate 80 is selectively hydrolyzed for faster absorption, with no less than 80% protein dry basis. Applications include nutrition bars, infant formula, powdered and ready-to-drink beverages.
