At Leprino Foods it is essential to us to attract, develop and retain the brightest talent in our industry – our company’s future and our continued success depends upon it. One way we cultivate this is through our successful Trainee Programs. The Leprino Foods’ Trainee Programs are designed to guide college students and new graduates toward becoming outstanding leaders and team members while gaining practical, hands-on experience. Throughout each program, trainees learn real-world applications for their chosen field while developing vital professional skills that will apply to all future opportunities.

THE TRAINEE PROGRAM at Leprino Foods is designed for new college graduates with degrees in Food Science, Dairy Science, Dairy Manufacturing and Engineering. During the 18-month intensive program, Management Trainees learn the full spectrum of operations within a leading, global cheese manufacturing company. They also receive:

  • Professional and personal development
  • Hands-on experience
  • Full company benefits
  • Leprino Foods’ management placement

THE INTERN PROGRAM focus is on completing a special assignment with an end-of-program capstone of presenting a project summary and recommendations to the Leprino Foods Senior Leadership team. Successful interns may be invited back for further internships (Freshman/Sophomore) or full-time employment (Junior), along with earning a base salary and, in some instances, a cost-of-living allowance.

  • Offered to Freshman through Juniors
