We start new college graduates in our Management Trainee Program – a 12- to 18-month program that teaches you the entire manufacturing process – cheese & whey manufacturing, cheese processing & packaging, quality & laboratory techniques – even warehouse, accounting, and safety management. Along the way, we’ll teach you and give you feedback on the most important skill – your ability to lead a team of people to reach our goals. This continuing education from your degree will allow you to take on Production, Quality, or other Supervisor roles in our operations. Graduates of the program have gone on to Department Manager, Production Manager, and Plant Manager positions. We’ve also had graduates move into cross-functional roles in People Development and Technical & Leadership Training & Development.
